Jill Brinsdon

Managing Director

Tricky

After an awarded career as a Creative Director in major multi-national advertising agencies, Jill Brinsdon founded brand communication agency Radiation in 2000. Not only had she run out of places to work that inspired her, she could see a change in the way consumers were interacting with brands and wanted to be at the forefront of the rise in the importance of culture as a brand differentiator.

Jill has a restless intellect and is now a highly sought-after strategist both in New Zealand and the US. Often referred to by clients as a business therapist at the end of projects, she remains at the heart of the businesses she helps refresh, reinvent or reposition for many years.

In 2018, she formed Tricky with designers Denise Faraco and Luke Morreau, supported by the project leadership experience of Liz Rollo, to be New Zealand’s first brand performance specialist agency.
