Carlo’s Bakery, a hundred year old neighborhood bakery now infamous as the home of the cable television network TLC’s “Cake Boss.” He has over 18 years of experience in customer service and enterprise business process. As the CIO of Carlo’s Bakery he has been transforming customer experience and engagement by applying his knowledge to a family owned business that has grown over 150% in the past 5 years. Leo has extensive expertise in enterprise software, CRM and cloud computing. He attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a Minor in Business Administration.

Michael Cooper

Michael is a business technologist with considerable experience of the capital markets. He combines a particular interest in the evolution of the capital markets with the exploitation and integration of technology. Currently, he is CTO for BT’s financial markets electronic trading services where he is responsible for architecture, technology strategy, innovation, client and market collaboration.
Michael is also engaged in a number of industry forums that include the Executive Committee of the Financial Information Services Association (FISD). He also chairs the FPL Cyber Security Working Group for the FIX Standards Body as well as being on the FIX EMEA Governance Board. Michael has an MSc from University College London.

Tim Occleshaw

Tim Occleshaw is responsible for leading delivery of the Government ICT Strategy and Action Plan to 2017, developing ICT Common Capability products and services, and leading development and implementation of ICT System Assurance across government. He reports to Government Chief Information Officer Colin MacDonald.
Tim is also Deputy Chief Executive, Service and System Transformation, at the Department of Internal Affairs, where he leads ICT strategy and delivery.
Before joining Internal Affairs in 2012, Tim spent four years with Inland Revenue as Deputy Commissioner, Information, Design and Systems, and also served as Chief Information Officer at the Ministry of Social Development. In July 2008 he was New Zealand CIO of the Year. Tim has spent more than 25 years working in business and IT management roles in the financial services sector in Australia and New Zealand, including heading IT for ANZ New Zealand.

Angela has worked across a wide range of sectors and technologies, including Spark (then Telecom), Datacom, and IBM with team sizes ranging from 10 to 200+. John has had a variety of leadership roles, and has worked with Deloitte in Canada, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He has a broad range of experience in business strategy, sourcing, business transformation and information technology.

Peter Muggleston

Peter Muggleston joined Foodstuffs Auckland as Chief Information Officer in 2012 and was appointed CIO at Foodstuffs North Island in 2013. In this time he has led a significant business transformation based on deploying SAP Retail across the North Island, replacement of the entire technology stack, and the technology work stream of the merger of Foodstuffs Auckland and Wellington to form the 3rd largest company in NZ by revenue. His focus has now shifted to developing digital capability to enhance the customer experience both in store and through online channels. Prior to Foodstuffs, Peter worked internationally with Shell Oil before returning to New Zealand where he held senior roles at ASB Bank including; Chief Manager Information Services, GM Online Banking and GM Technology Planning & Architecture before joining Sovereign as Chief Information Officer.

Kevin is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and management of all customer operations, digital and technology capability at Mercury. He is at the heart of Mercury’s focus on customer-lead innovation, delivering value to customers through data and digital platforms.
Kevin has a breadth of experience in digital transformation and delivering some of New Zealand’s biggest technology projects. He was NZ CIO of the Year in 2014, and held senior leadership positions with New Zealand’s largest insurer IAG over the past decade prior to joining Mercury in 2016.
Kevin is a member of the advisory boards for the University of Auckland Strategic CIO Programme, the annual New Zealand CIO Summit and a Board member of Electricity Retailers' Association (ERANZ). He holds an MBA and Graduate Diploma in Business & Information Services from the University of Auckland.

Glen Willoughby

Glen has over twenty five years’ experience in the information and communications technology field. He holds Information Technology qualifications from Waikato Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Waikato, and is a Certified Project Management Professional of the Project Management Institute. He is a past Research Fellow (Medical Informatics) of Harvard Medical School (1996-2013), has co-authored papers on ICT innovation with NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratories and has previously consulted to the World Bank-IFC (Education and Health Directorate), The International Monetary Fund (China) and Ministry of Health on health and economic development engagements.
Currently Glen is the General Manager IT for Downer New Zealand and prior to this he has held ICT leadership positions at Hutt Valley, Wairarapa and Capital and Coast District Health Boards, Cranleigh Merchant Bank, New Zealand Institute of Rural Health, Waikato Institute of Technology and Fonterra.

Simon Kennedy

Focused on the retail and consumer goods industries, he also spent three years (2006-9) in India working on one of the world's largest retail build programmes as a Vice-President for Reliance Industries. Simon holds an MA in History and Economics from Oxford University.

In 2006, she moved to California to work for a global high-tech manufacturing company where she led, managed and grew multi-million-dollar business units within the USA, South East Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Rachel returned from California in 2014, launching a successful marketing technology and business strategy company called SparkTank, Ltd., working primarily with national and international technology-based clients.
